Harvard Our School...Our Home

These are the opening words for our school song.  They typify the long standing admiration that our community has for the school.  Dating back to 1898, Harvard Elementary School has served thousands of children and their families in the Historic Houston Heights.  Over the years our community has changed in several ways. Recently, many new homes have been built and the neighborhood has become a destination location not only for living but for shopping and great restaurants.  Located less than 3 miles from downtown there is easy access to the Galleria area and the Texas Medical Center.

Our school will continue to be at the center of the community educating children to be internationally-minded global thinkers.
