Science Lab
This lab offers many exciting opportunities to get elbow-deep in science. Besides our many lab pets, terrariums and aquaria, our lab is stocked with microscopes, a bioscope, geoforms, and anatomical models. Our programs’ unique features include a SmartBoard, and outdoor classroom, gardening beds and natural study areas in our SPARK Park.
We are proud to be one of the WeatherBug schools in Houston. Our electronic weather monitoring station provides a constant stream of data, which the students use in their studies of Earth Science, and in their understanding of patterns and trends. Listen for our Junior Meteorologists announcing the weather conditions and forecasts each day in the morning announcements. |
